About You

We're looking for people with compassion, reliability and integrity -- experience isn't essential as we provide full training, but you'll need:

A caring nature and desire to make a positive difference. The ability to follow detailed care plans and work as part of a team. Good communication and empathy skills. A

full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

(preferred).
(Previous experience with complex or domiciliary care is an advantage, but not essential.)

Your Role

As a Care Giver with Aucklands Care, you'll support people in their

own homes

to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Every day is different, but you'll always be making a real impact.

Your duties may include:

Providing

personal care and daily living support

(washing, dressing, continence care). Supporting with

mobility, medication, nutrition and PEG feeding

(full training provided). Offering

companionship

and emotional reassurance. Supporting safe use of oxygen and specialist equipment. Promoting choice, dignity, and respect in every aspect of care. Recording care notes and promptly reporting any changes or concerns.

What We Offer

13-14.50 per hour

(depending on experience).
