We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our culinary team as a Cook. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management. Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas. Provide support in serving meals, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen environment is preferred. Strong culinary skills, with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for customers.
