Care Home Manager
Job Description
To provide a need led service to adults with a learning disability by adopting a person-centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
To maintain high standards by ensuring compliance with National Care Standards.
To take responsibility as Registered Manager for all aspects of the day-to-day running of learning disabilities Care home in accordance with the policies and guidelines specified by DCS. This will include the management of all staff, efficient and effective day to day running of the Home and the further development of the service in line the requirements of the service users and statutory requirements. The main aim is to ensure the residents' wellbeing by promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment within a policy of managed risk taking.

Pay: 32,000.00-38,000.00 per year
