Position Overview:
As a Care Home Quality Co-Ordinator, you will play a critical leadership role, ensuring the highest quality of care across our homes. Working closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Operations team, you will monitor, evaluate, and enhance care standards, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Working Hours:
40 Hours per week working 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (no paid breaks)
Primarily weekday working however flexibility is required for occasional nights, weekends, and evenings, as agreed with the Home Manager or Operations Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead quality assurance initiatives across allocated care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct audits, observations, and assessments to evaluate care quality, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Home Manager, Clinical Operations, and care teams to implement best practices.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Provide support and guidance to home managers, assisting in the creation of action plans to address improvement areas.
Foster a person-centered approach to care, ensuring residents' needs and preferences are met with compassion.
Support the induction of new colleagues, ensuring they understand and adhere to company standards.
Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families, ensuring effective communication and support.
Assist with resident admissions, including welcoming new residents and their families.
Additional Responsibilities:
Carry out other tasks as directed by the Home Manager or Operations Team to maintain the high standards of Bradwell Hall Nursing Home Ltd.
