Working Hours:

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Location

: Grosvenor Villas, Lightfoot Street, Poole, Chester, CH2 3AD

Salary:

12.50/hour

The Receptionist/Administrator will work under the direction of the Services Coordinator to promote occupancy, quality, efficiency and organization in the day-to-day management of the home.

to include but not limited to:



Presenting a professional and positive image of the home to visitors and on the telephone. Maintain a tidy office and efficient systems. The admission process of Residents is conducted as per Cedar Care policies and procedures. Recruitment procedures are completed efficiently and thoroughly. Staff working hours are calculated accurately and within required time scales. Assist in the management of the work force. Legal requirements in allocated procedures are met. Running errands to surgeries, pharmacies etc. when necessary.

Desirable Skills, Abilities and Experience:



NVQ in Administration or Office Management (or equivalent). The ability to work independently, prioritize workload and pay attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and their relatives, internal departments, staff members and external agencies. Strong organization skills, attention to details. Computer literate. Ability to work effectively in a team and to positively contribute to the team. A good knowledge of and experience of working with Excel, Word and Outlook.
