Care Home Registered Manager
Job Description
OakRay Care is a family run business on the Isle of Wight and the New Forest, specialising in the provision of residential care for the elderly. We run high-quality care homes and are committed to making a positive difference to our residents, in every way. We currently operate four care homes; three on the Isle of Wight and one in Fordingbridge, New Forest.
We are looking for an experienced Manager for our 31 resident home situated in Fordingbridge, New Forest. Glynn Court Care Home is rated GOOD in all areas by the CQC, and is a family business dedicated to the highest quality care to ensure residents lead fulfilling lives in their golden years.
All our staff are dedicated and passionate. Our residents are taken on local trips, and we even have children from the local school come and sing to our residents as well as 'Themed' days where we support 'Red Nose' day and 'Children in Need'.

Key responsibilities
Lead and inspire a care team Ensure top-quality, person-centred care Maintain compliance with regulations (CQC) Create a safe, homely environment Develop and train staff Manage budgets efficiently Engage with families and communities Ensure health and safety
Qualifications
NVQ Level 5 Health & Social care or equivalent Senior management experience in elderly care Familiarity with CQC regulations Strong leadership and communication skills Genuine passion for elderly care
