45,000 - 50,000 per annum

Full-time (37.5 hours per week, flexible working)

Kinning Park Care Home is seeking a passionate and experienced

Registered Care Home Manager

to join our well-established and reputable care service. This is an

interim position

, with the exciting opportunity to become

permanent

for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team Ensuring safe, effective, compliant care delivery Driving quality improvement and positive resident outcomes Strengthening relationships with residents, families, Local Authorities, and regulators Managing staffing, budgets, audits, and operational performance Supporting training, development, and culture across the Home

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior care role (team leader, deputy, manager, etc.) Strong understanding of CI standards, governance, and audits Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills Passion for delivering person-centred, compassionate care Ability to build strong, supportive team culture

Required Qualifications (one of the following):

NVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care

OR

Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) with clinical experience
