Registered Manager - Residential Care Home

Salary:

40,000 - 50,000 per annum

We are a family-run business with more than 30 years' experience of providing high-quality, person-centred residential and dementia care to our elderly residents. Our beautiful residential home is registered to care for 27 elderly adults and is rated 'Good' in all areas by the Care Quality Commission. Situated on the picturesque Southsea seafront, this is a truly beautiful and desirable location to work.

The Role

As the Registered Manager of the home, you will be responsible for:

Compliance:

Managing the home to ensure full compliance with all legislation in line with organisational, regulatory, and legal requirements.

Leadership:

Motivating your team by leading by example and promoting a family atmosphere with an open, honest, and inclusive culture.

Stakeholder Relations:

Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with professionals, the local community, and all stakeholders.

Quality Improvement:

Focusing on achieving excellence in all areas and striving to continually improve the experiences of our residents.
Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory:

Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent.

Experience:

Previous experience of working with people living with dementia.
Compensation and Benefits

As well as a competitive salary of

40,000 - 50,000
