Wayfield Avenue is registered to provide residential care to people with enduring mental health needs.
We are currently looking to recruit to our Care Officer team and have various permanent contracts available: 18 hours, 24 hours and 30 hours per week.
Successful candidates will need to be able to commit to a rota that that includes shifts of between 6 and 8hrs per day that start at 7am / 8am / 12 noon / 2pm. We are particularly looking for staff to work from 2pm - 8pm
There may be some flexibility on the days you work but most posts will include some weekend working.
We are not looking for formal qualifications, the successful candidates would need to demonstrate how their values, behaviours, attitude, skills & experience means they can provide care that meets the physical & emotional care needs of a diverse range of people.
Wayfield Avenue is situated in Hove, it has its own car park available for staff and is well served by public transport.
