About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, carers, and colleagues
Mentor and support new and existing carers in the community
Conduct supervisions, 1:1 meetings, and performance reviews
Assist with recruitment, training, and induction of new staff
Carry out client assessments, risk assessments, and care planning
Attend initial visits to introduce carers to new clients
Provide in-field support and training to ensure carer competency
Audit client and carer files bi-monthly for compliance
Respond to safeguarding concerns and escalate appropriately
Resolve complaints with the support of the Registered Manager
Collaborate with Care Coordinator on rota management and updates
Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota
Maintain accurate records and report key findings to the manager
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in a senior care role or supervisory position
A passion for mentoring and developing others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 4/5)
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
