We are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Field Care Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our Weybridge branch.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will:

Conduct client risk assessments, care planning, and regular reviews

Maintain accurate records and ensure GDPR compliance

Monitor and support care workers to ensure high-quality service delivery

Ensure continuity and appropriateness of care for each service user

Supervise and mentor new care staff

Liaise with social workers, placement teams, and other professionals

Conduct spot checks and cover short-notice absences when needed

Report feedback to the Branch Manager and maintain KPIs

Participate in the on-call rota to support branch operations

Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred)
