Care Supervisor - South Manchester

Pay:

14.00 - 20.75 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Support and supervise a team of caregivers Conduct spot checks, shadowing, supervisions, and care plan reviews Ensure high standards of person-centred care are being delivered at all times Carry out care assessments and introductory visits for new clients Work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure compliance and best practice Maintain open, supportive communication with caregivers, clients, and families Provide field-based and office support to both new and existing care staff Contribute to audits, reviews, and quality assurance processes

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous experience in care and in a supervisory or leadership role Understands the principles of person-centred care and safeguarding Has excellent communication and people skills Has strong attention to detail and is highly organised Holds a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or working towards it) Can travel across South Manchester for client visits and supervisions Is committed, compassionate, and genuinely wants to make a difference
