Honest Senior care is a Small, Family run, Independent domiciliary care provider covering the Warwickshire area, Recruiting for a driven and passionate Field care supervisor to work with the registered manager to create a caring and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Including but not limited to the following:

Consulting with service users and family members to discuss their health problems

Managing and leading the team

Recruitment and retention of staff

Maintaining compliance with CQC/CIW

Developing person-centred care planning to address patients' personal health care needs

Enquiry handling

Work allocation to a team of carers on a daily/weekly basis

Carryout spot checks, observations, and supervisions

Participate with on call duties (1 weekend in 3)

Develop and coordinate healthcare programs

Communicate between staff, service users and family

Handle customer case management and education

Develop patient goals and monitor progress

Maintain service user confidentiality and quality care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
