Summary - We are hiring a Full Time CARE SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a Care Supervisor to join our team at Guardian Angel Carers in Eastleigh & Hedge End. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our home care services. This position is essential to deliver outstanding service to our clients in Eastleigh & Hedge End.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively
with clients and carers to ensure high-quality service delivery..Manage all Clients Reviews
and Re-assessmentsHave a Full understanding of CQC new standards and requirement to achieve a minium of Good.
(KLOEs)Direct supervision of our team of team leaders and senior carers
, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.Provide coaching
and support to team members to enhance their skills and confidence.Foster effective communication
within the carers team, office and with clients' families.On Call Duty
- generally 1 weekend per month + 1 day a week depending on shift pattern with the On Call team. Responsibilities include Scheduling and cover of sickness.Requirements:
Previous experience in a Care Management role
is essential.Proven leadership experience
in a care setting is essential.Strong understanding of senior care practices
and regulations is essential.Strong organisational skill
s with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently is essential.Excellent communication skills
, both verbal and written.Experience in managing or supervising teams
is essential.Strong IT skills and
proficiencyin Scheduling Software
for maintaining records is essential. Minimum ofLevel 4 Adult & Social Care
