Overview
Caafi Health Care is looking for kind and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team. You will provide practical and emotional support to individuals and families, helping them to maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing in their homes and community settings.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support Assist with daily living activities such as meals, hygiene, and medication Support service users with access to community services and health appointments Promote wellbeing through companionship, encouragement, and culturally sensitive care Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider support team
Requirements
Essential:
Has own car Able to communicate and write clearly in English Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS check
Desirable:
Previous care experience Completion of the Care Certificate Able to communicate and write clearly in English Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS check
