We are currently looking for dedicated Care Support Workers to join our team in Horncastle and surrounding villages. Whether you're experienced or new to care, we offer full training, ongoing development, and a supportive work environment where your impact truly matters.

Current Vacancies:



Contracted Hours (Over a 2-week rotating schedule):



Full-time:

07:00 - 14:00 & 16:00 - 22:00 (Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun | Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri)

Part-time AM:

07:00 - 14:00 (Same rota as above)

Part-time PM:

16:00 - 22:00 (Same rota as above)

Part-time Daytime:

09:00 - 15:00 (Same rota as above)

A full UK driving licence is essential.



Role Overview - What You'll Do:



As a Care Support Worker at EMCAS, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs - directly in the comfort of their own home.

Your responsibilities will include:



Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, shaving, dental care) Supporting with and administering medication as per care plans Helping with meal preparation, hydration, and monitoring nutrition intake Carrying out safe moving and handling practices Light domestic tasks (e.g. washing dishes, changing linen, emptying bins) Providing companionship and stimulating conversation Promoting client independence and encouraging participation in daily activities Recording care tasks using the CareBerry App Raising any safeguarding concerns promptly according to EMCAS procedures Following company policies and staying within the boundaries of your role

What We're Looking For:



A kind, compassionate and empathetic approach Strong communication and listening skills Confidence to work independently or as part of a team Proficiency in English (spoken and written) A commitment to upholding high standards of care Experience in care is welcomed but

not essential

- full training provided

Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required
