What We're Looking For:

Minimum 6 months of UK care experience Experience in complex care and supporting individuals with learning disabilities Flexible availability to meet the needs of the service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A kind, respectful, and person-centred approach to care Ability to work confidently within a professional care team
