Please note this role only requires staff to work night shifts Friday & Saturday 7:45pm-8:00am

The role:

You'll help and assist our clients, to fulfil their daily and long-term goals, creating positive outcomes in their lives. Working in a passionate way to provide excellent person-centred care to our clients, you'll ensure all our clients are happy and cared for in the best way possible.

What you'll be doing:

Administer Medication to clients, with due diligence and care. Provide dignified personal care to our clients when necessary. Proactively make a difference with our clients and supporting with decision making and lifestyle choices to continually provide person- centred care, including seeking to provide a range of activities for clients, by keeping abreast of local media and event sites. Demonstrating strong clear communication skills, communicating with team members and clients in a calm and confident, caring manner. Keeping clients records up to date and ensuring notes are made in a clear and concise manner, whilst maintaining confidentiality. Working a maximum of 20 hours per week, uphold your rota and communicate any changes to the senior team. Support our clients to maintain a habitual home environment.
As a precondition of this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

What you'll bring:

A naturally caring disposition and be passionate about the care you deliver. Strong command of written and verbal English. Full clean UK Driving Licence and access to a car would be preferred. Valid Care certification and Oliver McGowan Training. Enhanced adult workforce DBS on the update service. Experience of working with dementia clients would be advantageous.
