Duties
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
Administering medication as prescribed, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Assisting clients with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.
Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
Driving clients to appointments or social activities as required.
Maintaining accurate records of client progress and care provided.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Experience in patient care or home care settings is preferred.
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques is advantageous.
Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary requirements for seniors is beneficial.
Previous experience in assisted living or nursing home environments is desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively.
A valid driving licence is required for transporting clients when necessary.
