Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Ensure the safety and well-being of clients by monitoring their health and reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a clean and organised living space for clients, ensuring that their surroundings are safe and comfortable.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Requirements
Previous experience in care roles such as senior care, home care, or hospice care is preferred but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
Ability to drive and hold a valid driving licence is required
Excellent communication skills
A caring attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by client needs.
