We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring the well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
Administer medication as directed.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Maintain accurate records of client care and report any concerns to supervisors.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role is preferred.
Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ in Health and Social Care) are a plus.
