About Josh's Care Company:

Josh's Care Company Ltd was founded with a deeply personal mission. It all started when the director's son, Josh, experienced a life-altering spinal cord injury. He quickly realised that the care options available fell short of providing the comprehensive support he needed. Determined to ensure his well-being and enable him to live a fulfilling life, he took matters into his own hands. Since then, our journey has evolved, and we have grown to become a trusted provider of personalised home care services. We understand that every individual has unique needs and circumstances. Our goal is to go beyond offering basic care services. We strive to build genuine relationships with our clients and their families, providing not only physical assistance but also emotional support and a sense of belonging. So why not join us in making this possible!

A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our people's quality of life.
