We're now hiring part-time care staff in Preston who want to care with heart - and work somewhere that respects it.

The Role - What You'll Do:

Work 2-3 full days a week (between 8am-9pm with breaks) OR choose half-day shifts to suit your lifestyle Support a small group of regular clients - no endless call-hopping Provide thoughtful care for people living with: Dementia Chronic illness Learning disabilities Mental health conditions End-of-life care Make time for what matters - not just tasks, but genuine connection
What You'll Need:

A driving licence and your own car Either care experience or a genuine desire to learn and make a difference A warm, dependable nature and a heart for people
What We Offer:

Pay up to 12.50 per hour, with increases based on loyalty, skill and contribution Mileage reimbursed (if over 10 miles per day) Training and shadowing (fully paid) DBS refunded after three months A small, friendly team led by people with nursing and social work backgrounds A role where you're supported, respected and never rushed
