Job Summary:

We are seeking dependable and professional

Drivers with their own reliable vehicle

to assist our property management team with daily transportation and delivery needs. This role involves transporting staff, delivering supplies, and visiting multiple property locations for inspections, showings, and errands.

The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and has excellent knowledge of local routes.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport property management staff, contractors, and/or clients to and from various locations Deliver documents, keys, and supplies between properties and the company office Assist with on-site errands such as picking up materials from suppliers or vendors Support with property viewings and inspections by driving to multiple locations in a day Maintain a clean, well-functioning, and insured vehicle at all times Keep accurate mileage and trip logs for reimbursement purposes Adhere to traffic laws and ensure safe driving practices at all times

Qualifications:

Must own a reliable, clean, and well-maintained vehicle Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Proof of current insurance and registration Strong knowledge of local streets and efficient routing Excellent time management and organizational skills Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to handle packages or supplies up to [weight limit, e.g., 30 lbs]

Preferred:

Prior experience as a driver, courier, or similar role Familiarity with property management operations
