We are small bespoke Home Care Company based in Coventry and are committed to providing the highest quality care by helping people live independently within their own homes. We offer personalised care to our clients, creating a supportive and safe environment for all. You will always have the support from us when needed, especially with our private Bupa Service we can provide if you are wanting to speak with a professional about your own wellbeing and emotional support etc.

Key Responsibilities:



Providing exceptional care to individuals in their homes, supporting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and domestic support. Promoting independence were possible and making sure the clients are kept safe from harm, abuse and injury. Offering companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life of our service users. Working independently to deliver care according to personalised care plans and company values and ethics. Liaising with families, healthcare professionals and your team to ensure the best outcomes for those you care for. Making a difference to people's lives in their own home, giving Peace of Mind to everyone who is involved in the client's care. Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients by following health and safety protocols.

Requirements:



Experience in Care

: Previous experience in a care environment is desirable, with a focus on delivering person-centred care, but not essential.

Driving License

: You must have your own vehicle and be able to drive, as the role involves travelling between client's homes, business insurance is also required.

Availability

: Willingness to work alternate weekends.

Compassionate Nature

: A genuine passion for caring for others, with the ability to engage with service users in a kind and respectful manner and a caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life in there own homes

Flexibility

: The role may involve varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with team members
