To assist 35 year old gentleman with special needs ,requiring support in the home and community, Duties will include working in a team of 2 carers building a active timetable of his week ,at home and in the community ,Applicants must be passionate and caring outlook ,enthusiasm ,to have fun, participate in activities , clean full driving license and drive employers vehicle when required ,

ESSENTIAL,Applicants to have caring experience to NVQ Level Must have experience using ceiling track hoist and sling ,but training can be given ,

JOB DESCRIPTION , Assisting with preparing food, feeding support, personal care ,pushing manual wheelchair in house and community , dressing , driving /assisting to activities ,ensure he leads a high quality of life and varied lifestyle via interaction and activity, occasional support to medical appointments , NOTE , All needs will vary daily and the Carer/ Support Worker duties and task will fluctuate accordingly ,Reliable and Trustworthy ,Able to accept responsibility , Diligent and conscientious ,Sensitive, Fun and willing to participate in activities, Have an energetic, uplifting, and stimulating attitude to life and their role ,

Hours

Mon , 9-00 am to 4-00pm

Sat , 9-00am to 4-00pm

Pay: 13.50-15.00 per hour
