PKAVS is a leading charity in Perth & Kinross dedicated to enhancing lives and connecting communities. Through our services in Carers, Mental Wellbeing, Third Sector support, and Volunteering, we assist over 5,000 individuals annually. Our Carers Services support unpaid carers of all ages, providing access to training, respite, and advisory support to help them balance their responsibilities while maintaining their own wellbeing.
The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Carers Centre Administrator to be the first point of contact at our Young Carers Centre. You will provide a professional and welcoming reception service, answer calls, and support the Young Carers team with administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service for colleagues, visitors, and clients.
Manage young carers referrals and maintain accurate records.
Administer young carers grants, payments, and financial tracking systems.
Assist with organising respite activities, including trips and residential bookings.
