Carpenter - Full Time, Permanent

Based in Carmarthen, 40 hrs/week (Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm)

, is currently looking for a skilled and experienced

Carpenter

to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified individual with proven carpentry and joinery experience to work on a variety of projects across the

Carmarthenshire

area, including

new builds, refurbishments, and repair works

.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage and complete all aspects of Carpentry and Joinery to a high standard. Contribute to the completion of projects as part of a collaborative team. Ensure all work is carried out professionally and in compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Represent the company with professionalism and pride in craftsmanship.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Carpentry and Joinery (all aspects of the trade). NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry (or equivalent). A full, clean UK driving licence (essential). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good communication, timekeeping, and reliability. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both on your own and as part of a team. CSCS certificate and references (desirable). Basic knowledge of other trades (desirable but not essential). Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
