Carpenter Improver
Job Description
We are looking for a Carpenter Improver to work alongside a highly skilled carpenter who is keen to help you develop your skill set.
The current project involves:
Installation of roof dormers
Loft conversion work
Interior carpentry throughout the winter period
Looking ahead, new build projects are lined up for 2026, offering long-term opportunities for the right person.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid driving licence and be able to travel to site (OX27 7HW)
Must have own basic hand tools and cordless tools
Willing to work alongside and learn from an experienced carpenter
Reliable, proactive, and motivated
Contract Type:
Self-employed preferred, but direct employment available if required
