We're now looking for an enthusiastic

Carpenter Improver / Site Assistant

to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to get stuck in, learn hands-on skills, and build a career in carpentry and construction.

What You'll Be Doing

Helping our carpenters on site with all aspects of garden room builds Learning how to install SIPs, cladding (cedar, composite, and more), doors, windows, and flooring Supporting with roofing (EPDM systems) and other finishing details Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Keeping the site tidy and organised, and assisting with lifting and moving materials Picking up new skills every week and being part of a friendly close-knit team

What We're Looking For

Someone practical, hands-on, and eager to learn A good work ethic and a positive attitude - reliability is key Some experience with tools or site work would be helpful, but full training will be given Attention to detail and pride in a job well done A full UK driving licence and your own transport (essential)
