Carpenter / Site manager: 120 - 150 per Day

We are a fast-growing residential contractor offering a great opportunity for an experienced and responsible Working carpenter to work on and run our building projects in south-east London.

Experience working in a comparable role, specifically in London's residential refurbishment and conversion market, is essential for any candidate application. Ideally we would be looking for a minimum of 5 years but we can be flexible depending on the individual. Must have tools.

Specific roles will include, but may not be limited to:

First and second fix carpentry

Organizing the day to day running of a site Job costs between 50K - 600K

Working to a program.

Effectively communicating with subcontractors, clients, and staff.

Anticipated hours for the role are from 7:45am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday,
Personal transport in the way of a car or van is preferred but not essential.
