The Role:
We are looking for an energetic and passionate football coach who is committed to making a difference in the lives of young players. Based in South London, you will be coaching at one of our a range of our academies in Mitcham and Wimbledon.
Your role will be to inspire, motivate, and develop children aged 4-12, creating an engaging and supportive environment where every child can flourish.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-energy, fun, and structured coaching sessions for children aged 4-12.
Develop players' skills, confidence, and love for the game in a safe, supportive environment.
Work closely with other coaches to deliver pre-planned sessions that align with our academy's delivery framework.
Build positive relationships with children, fostering a sense of community within our academy.
Monitor and assess player development, providing feedback and encouragement.
Ensure all sessions adhere to our health and safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
A passionate football coach with a genuine love for working with children.
Outstanding time management skills
Reliable and willing to learn and grow
Previous coaching experience with children aged 4-12 is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and motivate young players.
Energetic, positive, and committed to delivering the best experience for our players.
Based in South London and willing to travel to Mitcham, Wimbledon and /or Streatham areas.
FA Level 1 or 2 coaching qualification is desirable but not essential. We value passion and experience working with children!
