Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse tasks effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship across all projects.

Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing tasks, including installation and maintenance of pipes and fixtures. Perform electrical work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Execute painting jobs to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Fabricate and repair structures using various materials as required. Conduct roofing tasks, including installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs. Engage in masonry work, laying bricks, stones, or concrete blocks for construction projects. Undertake carpentry duties, including building frameworks and structures. Utilise power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks. Perform joinery work to create custom furniture or fittings as needed. Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials as required on-site.

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in one or more of the following areas: plumbing, electrical work, painting, fabrication, roofing, masonry, carpentry, power tools operation, and joinery. A strong understanding of health and safety practices in construction is essential. The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: 28,446.00-35,000.00 per year
