Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Multi-Skilled Plasterer

to join our growing property renovation team. The ideal candidate will not only be experienced in plastering and drywalling but may also possess additional general trade skills such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting, or general property maintenance. This role is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and thrives in a fast-paced renovation environment.

You'll be working on various residential renovation projects, applying your expertise to help transform properties to a high standard. The ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other trades is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and applying bonding agents where required Mix and apply plaster or drywall compound to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth and even finish Repair existing plasterwork, carry out patching, and make-good work as needed Assist with drywall installation and other minor building tasks as necessary Carry out additional light trade work including (but not limited to): painting, tiling, basic carpentry, or general maintenance Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with health and safety standards Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to maintain project timelines Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and organised work environment Provide input on job progress and flag any issues or required materials

Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience as a plasterer, with strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials Additional trade skills in areas such as carpentry, tiling, painting, or general maintenance Ability to read and follow technical plans and specifications High standard of workmanship and attention to detail Physically fit, able to lift materials and work in varied conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision A valid driver's license and own transport is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
