We're a fast-growing, forward-thinking modular home manufacturer, revolutionising how homes are built. Our team creates high-quality, energy-efficient, factory-built homes using innovative construction methods - and we're looking for skilled, hands-on professionals to join us.

The Role

We're looking for experienced and motivated tradespeople to help construct modular homes in a workshop environment. This is a varied, hands-on role that includes multiple stages of the build process.

Key Responsibilities:

Steel work & framework:

Fabricating and assembling steel frames to precise specifications.

Wall panel assembly:

Installing insulation, sheathing, and finishing internal/external walls.

Window fitting:

Installing windows securely and efficiently with attention to sealing and finish.

Flooring installation:

Laying subfloors, laminate, vinyl, and other finish materials.

Kitchen fitting:

Assembling and installing modular kitchen units and appliances.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in at least two of the listed areas (multi-trade highly preferred) Comfortable reading technical drawings and working to spec Good teamwork and communication skills High attention to detail and pride in your work Able to work safely and efficiently in a workshop/factory environment CSCS card or relevant qualifications are a plus
