We're looking for an experienced

Carpentry Foreman

to take ownership of the final stages on a

luxury residential development

for a well-respected, medium-sized developer. This role is all about

quality, detail, and pride in the finished product

.The role will be based between Oxford / Reading / and Hampshire and is a temp - perm position.

The Role

As Finishing Foreman, you will lead all finishing trades to ensure every element is delivered to the highest possible standard. You'll play a hands-on role in inspections, problem-solving, and driving the project to a flawless handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate finishing trades (carpentry, decorating, flooring, snagging, etc.) Carry out detailed quality inspections, quickly addressing any defects Work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth delivery Maintain strict health & safety standards across all finishing works Drive the programme to meet deadlines without compromising quality

About You

Proven track record as a

Finishing Foreman

on

high-end residential projects

CSCS Card essential (higher-level qualifications desirable) Exceptional eye for detail and a passion for top-quality finishes Confident leader with excellent communication skills Able to read and interpret technical drawings Previous experience with medium-sized developers is a strong advantage Solid knowledge of current H&S regulations
