We are looking for an experienced carpentry foreman to work with and manage a team of carpenters on a pub refurbishment in Basildon. Your duties will be to working alongside and manage a team that will be hanging doors, fitting architraves, linings, skirtings, vanity units and some facia work. You will also be reporting progress updates to our contracts manager.
YOU'LL NEED:
Relevant experience
CSCS Card
Own PPE and tools
Reliability and punctuality
Proof of right to work in the UK
SSSTS/SMSTS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General 2nd fix carpentry as outlined above
Supervising team of carpenters
Reporting back to Contracts Manager
PAY & HOURS:
Pay rate of 32 Per Hour
Hours of work 7:00am - 17:00pm, Monday - Friday. (Weekends will be on offer)
You'll be paid weekly based on a signed timesheet.
