Summary

You will be a result driven team leader, driving change and motivation within the Base Setup workforce that assembles and prepares framework bases for CNC manufacturing. With a background in production/manufacturing or carpentry/fit out, you will take a leading-hand role within the existing team to deliver bases ready for production cycle on time and to the required specification.

Responsibilities

Base Setup Performance and Area including:- Leading a team assembling billets for a large format CNC machine- Keep the working environment clean, organized & efficient.- Lead and motivate a small team. Driving performance to deadlines.- Monitor and enforce Health & Safety.- Maintain Schedule adherence & own production documentation Report on Stock levels & usage.

Requirements

Ability to motivate, develop and direct teams. Proactive and flexible attitude to work. Experience with quality inspection, engineering and assembly work and basic factory tools. Ability to read technical drawings and follow manufacturing processes. Previous experience of hands-on practical experience with composite and/or carpentry type environments would be advantageous Forklift License is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
