Work-Life Balance:

Core hours are Monday-Friday (9:30am-4:30pm) and Saturdays (9:30am-3:30pm). We are flexible for someone looking for either full time or part time hours. There will be a minimum requirement of 3 days out of 6.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where you'll:

Assist customers in choosing the perfect flooring to suit their needs and preferences, delivering

outstanding customer service

. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming showroom environment. Manage sales transactions, including cash and card payments. Take responsibility for opening and closing the store. Handle administrative tasks, such as ordering, invoicing, and maintaining the fitting diary in collaboration with our team of fitters.

Product Knowledge:

The ability to learn and maintain a thorough understanding of flooring options, pricing, finishes, and details. We will teach you everything you need to know!

Strong Communication Skills:

Confidence in face-to-face customer service and a professional phone manner.

Upselling Skills:

An eye for spotting opportunities to upsell, backed by effective communication of product features and benefits.

Organisational Skills:

Attention to detail, strong IT skills (including Microsoft Office), and the ability to juggle tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
