With a strong background in cash management or financial operations, you bring proven leadership experience, a sharp analytical mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement. Your expertise ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in every transaction, helping shape a strategic and agile cash function.


You are confident using financial systems and Excel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effortlessly with both internal stakeholders and external partners. With professional qualifications such as AAT, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA - or equivalent experience - you are ready to lead with purpose and performance.

The Impact of the Role




As

Cash Team Manager

, you will take ownership of the full cash lifecycle, leading operations and strategic initiatives to optimise performance, reduce risk, and support data-led decision making.

What you will do:



Lead, mentor, and develop the cash operations team, driving engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement Manage daily cash flow operations including allocations, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting Oversee bank account reconciliation processes for company and development accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies Collaborate with internal teams including Credit Control, Billing, and Sales to resolve issues and streamline workflows Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulations and corporate policies Produce performance reports and financial insights to support strategic decisions. Identify and implement technology-driven efficiencies in cash management processes.

Your Attributes



You will have:



ACA / ACCA / CIMA / AAT qualified or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in cash management or financial operations, including team leadership Excellent knowledge of cash flow, reconciliation, and banking processes Strong systems proficiency, including Excel and financial software Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and make data-informed decisions A collaborative approach, with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills A continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving ability
