The Role

As Casino Manager, you'll sit at the heart of our product and player experience. You'll be hands on with casino operations and CRM marketing, working closely with suppliers, tech, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that keep players engaged and coming back for more.

You'll own the casino CRM calendar, plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite), and keep a sharp eye on performance data to tweak, test, and improve.

What You'll Do

Run day-to-day casino product operations - game integrations, testing, launches. Manage the CRM calendar, from planning through to campaign execution and reporting. Deliver multi-channel player communications (email, SMS, push, onsite). Analyse campaign data, segment audiences, and drive engagement & retention. Collaborate with suppliers, marketing, design, and compliance teams. Ensure everything we do is safe, compliant, and player-first. Bring fresh ideas - we test, learn, and move fast.
What We're Looking For

2+ years' experience in CRM, digital marketing, or iGaming operations. Comfortable with CRM tools & ESPs (e.g Twilio, SendGrid or similar). Strong grasp of UKGC compliance, GDPR, and Safer Gambling obligations. Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights. Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable - you enjoy variety and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Bonus points for experience in casino/sportsbook or other regulated industries.
