Organised, astute, and in love with the fast-paced world of TV and Film? Based at the UK's biggest production hub, Pinewood Studios, Uni-versal Extras is a lively and exciting Casting Agency in search of a Casting Agent to join our extremely talented team.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, go-getting Casting Agent to come on board team UVE. Using your keen eye for detail, you will manage and develop client accounts (productions), oversee and motivate a team of Casting Coordinators assigned to you, and deliver top-notch results to all UVE clients with a smile. You will be required to work closely with our existing casting team, liaise with many high-profile media contacts, and contribute to the creation of many brilliant productions shooting all over the UK; working with Marvel, Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple, NBCUniversal, BBC to name a few!

Responsibilities

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Artistes according to the client's requirements and production objectives. Casting looks: Responsible for the visual interpretation of the brief and production details, a good eye for face and body is critical to create "look portfolio" for production in accordance with their requirements. Design, develop and deploy all elements of the casting process across artistes, clients, and prospects in order to maximise speed to market, deliver revenue and control costs. Responsible for delivering against monthly targets. Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Clients. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders. Forecast and track key account metrics. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis. Monitor and analyse client's uptake of Uni-versal Extras services. Responsible for working with the CEO to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships.

Key attributes and skills required

Proven casting, account management or other relevant experience Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent time and project management skills. Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Salary dependent on experience

Office based Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm, Pinewood Studios, Iver, SL0 0NH

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 32,000.00-55,000.00 per year
