Responsibilities
Assist all aspects of food preparation and production within the kitchen.
Assist kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
Assist with the planning of special events or themed nights, contributing creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Skills
Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food production techniques.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for hospitality, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding service to guests.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
