Role Overview

As a Casual Event Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all attendees at a range of events. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Provide a visible and professional security presence at events. Carry out ticket checks, bag searches, and access control duties. Monitor crowds and identify potential risks to safety or security. Respond quickly and effectively to incidents, following company procedures. Deliver excellent customer service to event guests. Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Requirements

SIA Door Supervisor Licence

(essential). Minimum

2 years' experience

working in event security. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain professional and calm in high-pressure situations. Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
