Job Overview
We are seeking some enthusiastic new additions to our front-of-house events team. Working out of the historic venue of Borthwick Castle, we run large multi-day events with a focus on our world-class hospitality.
Responsibilities
Welcoming and interacting with guests and offering friendly and professional service. Working behind the bar and serving drinks to guests as well as handling tabs and card payments Serving food and drink in various service styles depending on the specific meal/event. Cleaning, tidying, and organizing the space to get ready for the next event.
Skills
Background in events or hospitality experience with customer care and relations experience with food and beverage sales experience using till systems and handling payments

We don't require any specific qualifications or experience, just enthusiasm and a desire to learn.
Our events take place mostly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and have shifts available both in the mornings and evenings.
