What You'll Do:
Conduct internal verification of qualifications to ensure assessments meet Awarding Organisation and Institute standards.
Manage and complete accurate, timely paperwork to maintain a strong audit trail.
Provide clear, professional feedback and guidance to assessors and learners.
Collaborate with colleagues in the Workforce Development team to drive continuous improvement in training delivery.
Represent NET with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
About the person
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Internal Quality Assurer. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in vocational education and a passion for maintaining high standards across training programmes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
A recognised Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) qualification (or currently working towards one), such as TAQA, V1, or equivalent.
Proven experience in internal verification or assessment within vocational training or apprenticeship programmes.
A strong understanding of Awarding Organisation and Institute standards, including compliance requirements.
Excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring a robust and auditable verification process.
A confident communicator who can deliver constructive feedback and support to assessors and learners.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A commitment to professional standards and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
A flexible and adaptable mindset, with the willingness to travel across multiple training sites in Yorkshire and East Yorkshire.
