Receptionist - The Kennels (Casual Role)
Hourly rate: 12.21 plus 12.07% holiday pay uplift (13.68 per hour)
Join our team at The Kennels, a stylish private members' club set within the beautiful Goodwood Estate. As our Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face that sets the tone for every guest's visit, creating a warm and memorable first impression.
This is a casual role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
What you'll be doing:
Greeting guests and members with genuine warmth and professionalism Managing bookings, telephone enquiries, and general questions Building a good understanding of our offering - including the restaurant and wine list Supporting the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience
What you'll bring:
A passion for delivering great service Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality, events, or retail all welcome) Confidence using computers and booking systems An eye for detail and a proactive approach A positive attitude and team spirit * Reliable transport - please note we are not on a public transport route
