Pear Tree surgery is a 3 partner, 6 salaried GP semi-rural dispensing and training practice in North Warwickshire. From our main surgery based in Kingsbury and our smaller site in Hurley, we provide full general medical services to a list of approximately 10,500 patients.
We are currently looking for a receptionist and administrator to join our friendly staff team on a casual basis.
This vital role provides the first point of contact with patients and requires dedicated team players comfortable working in a busy environments.
Applications are invited from candidates with the following:
Computer literacy with experience of Microsoft Office and adaptable to a variety of software packages
Excellent administration skills being able to successfully multi task
Sound numeracy and literacy skills
Customer service experience having the ability to deal with patients on the phone and in person in a professional and compassionate manner
Attention to detail with the capability to concentrate on critical tasks
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Whilst we welcome applications from candidates experienced in EMIS / DOCMAN software, full training is provided in both areas.
