Job Description

As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will provide a high standard & quality service of an overall and indept level of cleaning & sanitation across all kitchens on the estate.

The Role

Deep cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen units, benches, behind units, stores, shelving, walls, ovens, windows, fixtures, fittings, canopies, stoves, bins all kitchen areas and equipment. To understand all systems and COSHH before using any chemicals or cleaning substances. To ensure the daily and nightly Estate kitchens cleaning and sanitation check list is adhered to and followed precisely, as directed by the SOC/Kitchen Manager, checked and signed off at the end of every shift.

Shift Pattern

This is a casual position, where you may work up to 40 hours per week. The suitable candidate must be flexible in working any day of the week, including weekends and bank holidays. The hours for this position will typically consist of 10pm-7am.

Salary:

Up to 12.92 per hour plus tronc
