Role Purpose:

Casual Retail Team Leaders / Managers 18 per hour + Holiday Pay Flexible contract

Copper Box Arena is seeking experienced Retail Managers / Leaders to join our casual team on a flexible basis. As one of London's premier sporting and events venues, we host a diverse range of activities from major sporting events to concerts and exhibitions, creating an exciting working environment.

We're looking for confident people who can hit the ground running, leading our retail food and beverage operations during events and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage retail operations during events, overseeing team performance and customer experience Supervise and motivate retail teams, providing clear direction and support throughout shifts Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and venue policies Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Essential Requirements

Proven supervisory or management experience in a retail environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams Excellent customer service and communication abilities Confident working in fast paced environments Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and occasional weekdays Right to work in the UK
